1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Taviora Club website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your interactions with our product archive, the formation of purchase contracts, and your usage of our digital platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at our discretion, with changes effective upon their publication to this page.

2. Products and Pricing

We take immense care to accurately describe and photograph the physical condition, mechanical components, and deluxe upgrades of every game in our archive. However, publisher print runs occasionally feature minor variations in component color or card stock. Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices dynamically based on rarity, out-of-print status, and supplier costs without prior notice.

3. Orders and Pre-Orders

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. A binding contract of sale is only formed once you complete the checkout process and we issue an order confirmation dispatch. For pre-orders of highly anticipated titles, payment is collected upfront to secure your allocation from the publisher. We provide estimated arrival dates based on freight timelines, but these are subject to manufacturing and customs delays beyond our control. You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to fulfillment.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Taviora Club Ltd. is renowned for its rigorous, double-boxed packaging standards. However, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We fully insure all outbound shipments. If a package is lost in transit or arrives with severe structural damage to the exterior shipping box, you must contact our support team within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim with the courier and resolve the issue for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taviora Club Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, or your use of the Taviora Club platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK. We prefer, however, to resolve any collector grievances amicably through direct communication with our dedicated support team.
