1. The 30-Day Return Window
We respect that purchasing a heavy, complex strategy game is an investment. If you receive your game and realize it is not suited for your gaming group, Taviora Club offers a comprehensive 30-day return window. This period begins on the date the tracking confirms delivery to your address. To initiate a return, simply contact our support team with your order number, and we will provide a return authorization and the appropriate return shipping address.
2. Condition Requirements (Shrinkwrap Integrity)
Board games are highly collectible, tactile products. Because we guarantee to all our customers that they are receiving brand-new, untouched artifacts, we can only accept returns for a full refund if the game remains entirely unopened and in its original factory shrinkwrap. If the plastic seal has been broken, punched, or played, the item loses its "new" status and cannot be returned for a refund due to a change of mind.
3. Missing or Damaged Components
Factory errors happen, even with the most premium publishers. If you open your sealed game and discover a missing wooden meeple, a warped miniature, a torn board, or misprinted cards, do NOT return the heavy box to us. Instead, contact our support team immediately with a photograph of the issue and a description of the missing part. We have direct lines to publishers and will arrange for exact replacement components to be sent directly to your door at zero cost to you.
4. Damage in Transit (Box Dings)
We utilize double-walled boxes and intense padding to prevent transit damage. However, if a courier acts recklessly and your game arrives with crushed corners or structural damage to the box itself, please photograph the unopened game and the external shipping box. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a return label for the damaged copy and dispatch a pristine replacement to you immediately upon receiving the damaged unit.
5. Refund Timeline and Processing
Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected to verify its sealed, pristine condition, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or severe transit damage.
6. Order Cancellations and Pre-Orders
If you need to cancel a standard order, please contact us immediately. If the dispatch label has not yet been printed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund instantly. For highly anticipated pre-orders of upcoming games, you may cancel at any time before the final shipping wave begins for a full refund of your reserved allocation.
