You do not need to return the entire heavy box.

Currently, Taviora Club serves the United Kingdom domestic market exclusively. Premium board games, particularly those laden with hundreds of miniatures, heavy metal coins, and thick punchboards, are incredibly heavy, often exceeding 5 to 10 kilograms per box. The sheer weight and required protective packaging make international logistics prohibitively expensive and prone to transit damage. We focus entirely on providing flawless service within our domestic borders.

Deluxe and Collector's editions feature drastically upgraded physical components that enhance the tactile experience of play. Standard editions generally use cardboard tokens and basic cards. We understand that for true collectors, the exterior box is as important as the components inside. If your game arrives with a crushed corner or tear in the cardboard despite our heavy-duty packaging, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a return and exchange for a pristine copy. Minor tears in the factory shrinkwrap that do not affect the cardboard box itself are not considered 'dings' but are an unfortunate side effect of warehouse handling.

We provide regular, transparent email updates regarding overseas manufacturing timelines, freight shipping progress, and port arrival dates. If a publisher delays a game, we will inform you immediately. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the final shipping label is generated.

We accept returns strictly within 30 days of delivery, provided the game remains in its original, untouched factory shrinkwrap. Once the plastic seal is broken, the game loses its pristine collector value and cannot be resold as new.
